Kristine Covillo is a 5x Broadway Performer, Dance Instructor, Nonprofit Director and Mother.
Over the course of her career, Kristine has worked with a bevy of Broadway and performing arts legends including: Arthur Laurents, John Kander, Susan Stroman, Rob Ashford, Josh Bergasse, Sergio Trujillo, Tina Ramirez, Jennifer Lopez, Susan Sarandon, Angelica Houston and Ricky Martin.
She has earned 2 ACCA Awards for Best Ensemble on Broadway (West Side Story, New York, New York) and a Chita Rivera Award for Outstanding Ensemble on Broadway (New York, New York)
With a BFA from Fordham University and a M.S. in Nonprofit Management from Columbia University, Kristine co-founds and manages a charitable giving foundation called the Covillo Lynch Foundation. The foundation aims to improve the lives of children and families by investing in arts, health and social service initiatives. In addition, she has led on the boards of The Irish Arts Center, Yaa Samar! Dance Theatre and The American Guild of Musical Artists
As an instructor, Kristine has taught, choreographed or spoken to students at various grade schools, dance schools, and universities across the country, including, BYU, NYU, IAMT and Broadway Dance Center.
Kristine is based in NYC with her husband and 2 kids.
